Lindsay Levin is a native Atlantan. Having lived in Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Buckhead and Midtown, she has first-hand knowledge of the lifestyles and neighborhoods in different areas of Atlanta. She is not your average real estate agent. She is an accomplished professional with over five years of practicing commercial real estate law and completing an M.B.A. program at Georgia State University. As an attorney, she negotiated complex multi-million dollar leasing and acquisition transactions for commercial properties in Atlanta and throughout the country. Throughout her professional career, Lindsay has always maintained client service/satisfaction, open communication and integrity as her top priorities and strives to exceed expectations. Her business acumen offers her clients a business-focused marketing effort when selling their property.
Lindsay's cutting edge marketing is customized for each client. Her innovative approach to home marketing and listing strategy allows her clients' homes to stand out in a sea of dated, tired marketing. Additionally, her legal knowledge and real estate negotiation experience give her an edge over her competitors. She understands complex contract language and how to communicate this language in "layman's terms" to her clients.
In 2015 -2018, Lindsay was awarded the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Gold Award, placing her in the top 2% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. She was ranked in the top 25 of 1500 agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in 2016 - 2018. She is an Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club Award and Top Producer Recipient. She is thrilled to be associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties because extensive corporate resources, broker support and technology are vital in today's challenging real estate market.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys entertaining her friends at her home, trying new restaurants, exercising with her husband, and doing crafts with her two young children.
